Cancellation Policy:
Less than 7 days
prior to arrival - forfeit 100% of deposit
8-14 days
prior to arrival - forfeit 75% of deposit
15-21 days
prior to arrival - forfeit 50% of deposit
22-28 days
prior to arrival - forfeit 25% of deposit
Should a booking be cancelled
from 29 days
prior to arrival, an admin fee of 10% of the deposit will be charged

Payment of 50% deposit secures all bookings.
Single night bookings to be paid in full on confirmation.
The terms and conditions of all bookings are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit or credit card details.
